I got food poisoning two weeks ago after eating at this local Hawaiian place near my office. In fact someone in my office a couple weeks before the incident was talking about how they had got food poisoning from there. Oh boohoo ya crybaby. I just shrugged it off at the time. I mean after all with all the drinking and puking I do, I shouldn?t have to actually worry about this so called ?Food poisoning?.

I?ve heard the stories from people that it is such a horrible experience. At the time I think nothing of it, I cannot understand. Until that Friday night where my body just started to feel like it was time to purge every damn thing it could.

So yes, I see now that it sucks, duly noted. That was 24 hours of pure hell. Nothing but puking and when there was nothing to puke then it was time to dry heave. Unable to sleep yet hardly able to keep myself awake, sounds of infomercials playing in the background at 4am.

I?m laying on the bathroom floor and I think to myself ?Wow atleast this is really rocking my abs out?.

You know what the most common question after I got the food poisoning was? ?Did it come out of both ends??. An odd question but it seems that everyone who has had food poisoning at one time or another has ended up asking that. I could only reply with ?why yes.. Yes it did?. Then we hug and they give me a number to a support group.

So, I think when I talk to someone who has just suffered a food poisoning ab workout I?ll change up the question a bit and ask ?Did you puke on your shit or Shit on your puke??. Gotta change things around a bit.
