While driving through Southern Wisconsin, on the way to another attraction, I noticed this sign:

I had seen this several times in the past, but for some reason I was taken with an urge to actually SEE this park for myself. Especially since it is one of the few Wisconsin State Parks I haven’t been to yet.

For some reason, when I arrived, I noticed something strange about the sign:

Looking through some old pamphlets at the park I noticed that all the pictures of the sign had just the word “Bong” engraved below the wood that exists on the sign now.

Now, I wonder why they would change that?
