The request is in response to one of their employees, who filed a discrimination complaint with the County’s Affirmative Action office after being victimized by a passing ribbon cable. No replacement terminology has been suggested, but “Top/Bottom” and “Pitcher/Catcher” are reputed to be likely alternatives.
