Slashdot has a recent article about “Sollog” a self proclaimed pysic who claims to have predicted things like 9/11, twa flight 800, and the Space Shuttle Columbia. He has been a large spamming presence on usenet before and has moved to take advantage of wikipedia’s open format. His beef is that the entry contains both positive and negative entries about him. So he went ahead with spamming positive entries about himself.
It is interesting to see how wikipedia decides to deal with this. Sollog (John Patrick Ennis) has taken to harassing the owners of Wikipedia. Always a fan of an open format, please take a moment to check out the penismightier wiki.
