So, Infinium labs started legal action against HardOCP for writing up an article with their opinion of Infinium Labs, their executives and the fact that no prototype has actually ever been shown. Hardocp then countered by launching a lawsuit of their own. Instead of Infinium Labs learning from this event and cutting their losses short, they decided they would like to further alienate any chance of any gamer wanting to buy their console by pushing forward with their lawsuit.
