Benefits from renting to homeless junkies:

• An endless supply of shopping carts inside, and outside of your building!
• Eggs, cheese, ham, and various other food stored in the light fixtures, and vents.
• Needles, Needles, and more Needles!  (Even flushed in the toilets!)
• Piss in the dryers!  (Nothing like switching from Bounce to urine!)
• Bum fights day and night resulting in broken windows and a building of pissed off tenants

Background:
My parents own a couple apartment buildings, and about a month ago they rented to this guy who had a decent job, and a clean background.  Shortly after he moved in, he had a homeless guy move in with him.  After a couple incidents around the building my parents tried to get a hold of the tenant, and after some checking around, found that he had been fired from his job.

To make a long story short, something happened to this guy.  He walked away from the unit, and gave the keys to his homeless friends who had a blast!
