Comfortable With Conformity
|
July 13th I'm writing a story for Steven, the boy I used to tutor. I bought a 64 pack of crayons, markers, colored construction paper, glitter, and glue. I used to make storybooks all the time when I was little, and it's a very cathartic experience. I'm secretly hoping it'll be good enough to send to a publisher. So, I got called for a second interview from the autistic school. I really think I'm going to get this job, which is amazing. The pay is lousy-- $22-24,000. But it has benefits, and it's a real, full-time job, so I'm not complaining. If I get it, I'll have enough money for a car in three months. I'm being lazy, lazy, lazy. I haven't worked out in three days, and I've been eating lots of chocolate and drinking lots of Pepsi. I'm a bad girl. |
