Wait... doesnt' everyone have a rail-gun?There is nothing more satisfying than strafing across a line of aisles in the grocery store and firing several shots from the rail-gun down each. Mmm... I fired a desert eagle .50 once, in a gun shop. The one time I fired guns- on a road trip we stopped at my buddy's house in chicago, got his guns, and went to the range. There they were renting the hand-cannon, all we paid was the ammo (a dollar a shell). I did kick pretty fucking hard. btw, when we finished, I noticed that I could fit half of my thumb inside the spent cartridge, and I don't have small hands. (!) fen IP: Logged |

.50 caliber muzzleloader. Use about 75 grains of powder. Gives you a nice cloud of smoke and depending on the rifle, the muzzleflash rocks too.If I could have anything I wanted though, it'd be a 12-gauge pump-action shotgun, Remington 870, 26" barrel. *swoon* -Bex IP: Logged |

If you think that an M16 sucks, you have obviously never tried any WW2 era Japanese guns. Try any of them, but their officers pistols (that they made their officers BUY mind you) are especially asstastic. Japanese gun designers seem to think that a guns purpose is to kill it's owner, instead of the enemy...

I fired a 357 wayyy back.
Guns are (just about) impossible to get here in The Netherlands, as it should be.
I'm my opinion allowing guns in the hands of the general populace is a very, VERY bad thing.That "from my cold, dead hands" crowd is uber-scary. Firing guns IS a lot of fun though!  IP: Logged |

I much prefer firing handguns to automatic rifles. The recoil is much more satisfying. We used to have a 380, but my hubby decided to rapidfire soft lead bullets at the range and warped the barrel. We now do not own a firearm, which is a good thing, because we have small children, I don't want guns around my kids. The oldstyle weapons did suck, but as for modern weapons, the US Army is less well equipped than the local drug dealers. I'd much prefer a Kalashnikov to the M-16, Russian made weapons are cool. ------------------
