Well.... I found a new way to get banned from IRC rooms... and I wasn't even trying!

Go into a channel that doesn't have the word "newbie" or "begginer" in it and refer to it as a "room" (as I did about 6 times in my last post).


All you will see is:
"Dood... its not a room. Its a channel. You're gay"
clme was kicked off #**** by FlAmEr (Your not l33t enough for this room)

Ah.. the friendly rooms of IRC. How I have missed thee. Keep in mind... I said nothing bad/annoying, just referred to the channel as a "room".

This was tested and worked on one other room as well. Therefore I state my new hypothesis as fact: I Hate People.

Oh... I tested it a third time in #604 I THINK thats why they kicked me... I could be wrong...

then there's the infamous "why is no one in this channel talking?"

loads of fun to use in various "pic trading" rooms (the more unsavory the better). there's always at least a couple of people actually watching the channel instead of using bots who will jump all over your ass.

kind of like newbie chum to stir up all the 733+(ist) bastards to a frenzy.

edit: how could i spell elite without 3's? i even used 7 and +. sigh...
