new news on nuentoter, he has just been issued to 10 years in jail with no probation,
he's goin to a low security prison downstate.....
man he's such an idiot he tried to run away and it got him the extra 5 , he would have had only 5 with probation.

well thing is he plead guilty but the court didnt try ta help him or give him anykind of break for pleadin guilty so he tried to run,

Hmmm.... I fail to see how it's possible for an 18 year old kid to get 10 years for computer hacking on his first offense. Since my hubby was a prison gurad, I speak from a position of some knowledge, and even murderers sometimes only get 10 years. I still think this kid is bullshitting.

this is all i know from what he tells me on phone,
but he has been known to freak and exxagerate alot
im thinkin he's prolly gettin a year or 2

but he's still an idiot

i dunno, he hasnt gone to trial, and i guess he's gettin a laywer and they gonna try to override his guilty plee he made to the cops and the judge (he did it unofficially during a screening thing or something, not during his court time.)
but i guess he admitted to making over 800 in warez and appz.
