Well anyway, the last topic dissapeared off my screen and I wanted to continue the conversation of manly drinks vs homo drinks. Here is a recap of what I posted when it got wiped out: Are all vodka's manly then? I know the straight ones are, but what about the flavored ones.. citron, kurant, mandarin. And then there is Pepar.. jalepeneo flavored vodka.. how could you go wrong there? Hell, I dont even know what I am supposed to do with it. Any suggestions? IP: Logged |

flavoured vodkas are kinda fruity. you're supposed to drink pepper vodka, duh. if you're looking for a mix, i think it would go well in a caeser. sometimes just asking the bartender can yield good results. it allows the bartender to express some creativity. this works especially well when the bartender is female and attractive, or at least attractive due to the amount of alcohol imbibed IP: Logged |

Since one of my favorite drinks is Absolut citron in white grapefruit juice, I'd be trying to share if you ordered a flavored vodka. And, if you order a drink a girl wants to share with you, it becomes manly, even if it is girlie when you're drinking with only guys.Make sense? Oh, and if you get drinks with fruits or veggies skewered in them, you can eat the olives, celery, etc. But you're supposed to give the cherries to a girl to eat. It's very girlie to hog the cherry. -Bex IP: Logged |

Boo beer. Well, actually no. Boo american crap beer. There is a lot of good stuff out there, just that being a college student I cannot afford it. Corona is good. Guiness is mud. Yeglingingign (or whatever) Black and Tan is good. Bud, ice anything, miller, meister braw = crap.IP: Logged |

I was in the US for a month about two years ago. The only decent "normal" beer I tasted was (I think) Miller Genuine Draft. Of course, the whole "show your ID in the supermarket when you go to buy a sixpack" was kind of a shocker too. IP: Logged |

This is prob a stupid question and has been answered a million times, but...Where do you live, LaMFear? I have gone to Greece, where I fell in love with Amstel. And we can only get Amstel Light here, which isn't half as good, but still better than any domestic I've tasted. I still usually prefer wine to beer any day, unless we're having bbq or something "manly"------------------ One for sorrow two for joy Three for girls four for boys Five for silver six for gold Seven for a secret never to be told IP: Logged |

Grolsch is a very good beer. If you can get your hands on it, try some Hertog Jan. For something a but more special, see if you can get your hands on La Chouffe. La Chouffe is really REALLY delicious.IP: Logged |
