Thank you for the confirmation e-mail ... unfortunately I have had extreme difficulty getting your software to work correctly. After much grief with the executable the demo was packaged with (no matter how much room I freed on all my drives it would still run out of disk space before unpacking successfully), I searched your support page for help. I found what I thought would be the answer; extracting the .exe into a separate folder with WinZip and running setup from there.

After a lengthy extraction, I started setup.exe and installed the game. When setup finished I restarted my computer, used the Lineage shortcut, selected a server and was immediately hit with a missing font\kor.fnt error. Going back to the support page, I find that the proper way to fix this error is to uninstall Lineage completely and then reinstall. Yuck.

For my next trick, I opened add/remove programs and attempted to uninstall Lineage ... the uninstaller starts and then finishes in under a second, and nothing is removed. NOTHING. As it stands, this demo started off at 174M ... got extracted into a folder for another 178M ... installed from there into a third folder for an additional 262M making a grand total of 614 Megs of a game-like substance that flatly refuses to function correctly or even leave when asked nicely.

Unfortunately, your web page does not address the workaround for the uninstaller failing to live up to its namesake, and I am hesitant to delete it manually. Any thoughts? Of course I have no idea if I am missing one font file or a thousand, but on the off chance that this is the only corrupted file keeping the game from loading it would be nice to find kor.fnt either available for download individually or as an attachment to a reply of some sort.
