I know a kid who did that. There's some truth in that. If you're not careful, you can really lose yourself in Counterstrike. I was able to strike a balance, but damn if I didn't play a lot of it. Fast connection coupled with some free time between homework periods is a dangerous combination. Through procrastination into the mix and lookout. When I was playing UO, one of the newbie members of my guild had like a 3.9 or 4.0 average when he started playing... Just 4 short weeks later he was worried about the possibility of dropping a class or two becoming a necessity. Step 1. Grow up on 28.8 or 56k. Step 2. Take computer to college. Step 3. What the fuck is the time over there? Friend: GET ONTO CS AND HELP ME CRUSH THESE LAMERS ON DE_DUST!@)$* Me: Are you nuts? Its 5:30 in the morning, go back to sleep you crackjob. Friend: NO, MUST KEEP COUNTERSTRIKING (Sound of cans opening in background) Me: Gah (hangs up in exasperation) The point of this is that CS and dorm life is highly bad, just say no. deeznuts Member with a member	posted 08-05-2001 08:42 starcraft also goes over well in dorms. shooters attract only a certain crowd, but rts is suitable even for the churchy rooms in the hall. more players = more tards to crush and dorms = you can hear their shreiks. plus, knowing where your opponant lives discourages cheap ass rushes.
