Just read over at voodooextreme that Dynamix is dead.D...3...4..d. Wow. I'm sorry, I know the patches for Tribes 2 sucked but...the game itself was still great if you had a geforce card. I have a lot of respect for those guys...Anyone remember The Incredible Machine? Christ.... ------------------

I dunno, this whole ordeal is REALLY making me want to reconsider my whole CS degree thing. The market is pretty damn volatile now, and even if I were to get hired somewhere they'd fire me after two years. Maybe a server admin would work....WHO WANTZ TO T33CH ME LUNIX?IP: Logged |

linux is easy to learn on your own.

1. I demo'd Tribes2 and was totally unimpressed. Ran like dogshit on a Voodoo3 3000 even with EVERYTHING turned off. Reminded me of quake before the patch which made it playable online (dammit what was that name??). I refuse to play a shooter that doesn't shoot correctly. Arse.2. A CS degree will be anything but a waste, yeah maybe once in a while you have to wait a couple days to get your Dilbert desk calender and nerf weapons but it beats the fuck out of working in a mill making toilet paper 35 years. Yeah, Jiggy©. I was lucky enough to own a GeForce card, so I expecienced Tribes 2 unadultered. More or less. It worked great for me, so that's probably why I loved it. Not many games fresh off the shelves (T2 included) WORK nowadays.IP: Logged |

Never said THAT...but I really just feel like I don't have the time and patience to try a new OS right now. All the Window's ones fill my personal time as is. Even better, I don't really have a reason to switch. Maybe to b33f skills as a server admin, but other than that, I'm good.Oh yeah. Biggles got his GeForce 3 today. I hate j00, biggles.
