I may be a little late with this... I just watched Dee Snider's Strangeland where he wrote, produced AND starred. (Recall Dee from 80's Twisted Sister)
OK, so the movie was released in '98, but I just watched it today.
If you have not seen this movie RUN TO THE NEAREST VIDEO STORE TO RENT IT!This movie ROCKED! Dee plays a wacky torturer who gets his victims through Internet Teen Chat.
Guess who he kidnap's? Sure it's a Detective's daughter.
Dee's make-up in this movie was THE BEST! He is tattooed on the entire right side of his body and pierced all over. This is his torture sessions (piercing his victims and sewing thier mouths shut). Each person he kidnaps he sews the mouth shut. He accidentally kills a victim.
The best parts of this whole movie, though, was... Robert Englund (Freddy Kruger).
After CaptHowdy (Snider) get's out of the hospital, notice the sign on the front lawn that says "We're Not Gonna Take It"
