But with the severe amount of investigation going on (such as clme's aforementioned info), I doubt it now. But its a valid point that I think has been brought up before. For me, my point of contention isnt that they are all arab, but that we immediately 'discovered' evidence so quickly once investigation begain. But that's more of my morbid/skeptic/asshole side talking, and I dont listen to him much. However, if you asked a law inforcement agent involved in the current investigation, he'd have to grudingly tell you that yes, there is some degree of racial profiling going on. They try not to fully exploit that, but as one FBI man put it: "It is just that a majority of the forces employed against us are coming from a specific region of the world, and within that region a certain racial backgroud, namely arab, sways dominance. Now, don't think that we are simply going down names and picking out the arab ones. No, if we did that, we would be playing right into the hands of the enemy. We're very careful in our arrests, and in our calculations. We don't act unless we are certain, the only swaying factor the degree of public safety in the window of time we have to make an arrest if we wish to do so."
