Signs point to another Fed Funds rate cut, perhaps to 2.0%. That'll be ten in a row.
What do you think will happen next? Will the Fed push this rate all the way to zero? What then, assuming capital spending doesn't pick up dramatically in the next 6-12 months?
I don't claim to have any answers. But I'm a bit concerned that all the rate cuts haven't yet shown much effect on capital spending.
Businesses seem quite tenative when it comes to investing, let's do our part!

Perhaps they should pay us to borrow .. why not do a little economic evolution research and see what happens. I could see making a good living being paid to borrow.
