If I bring it to a judge I could get sanctioned or accused of perjury. He said a judge would not look kindly on a husband who tapes his wife. OTOH, my wife and her lover could claim that the tape was fake OR that I knew what was going on and deliberately taped it! Shit, I am so fucking pissed.
