Hmm, sounds good. Guiness for me usually. Extra Stout. Or the occasional Harp Lager. (hmm, you sense a pattern, yes? )

Dark beers rule, but in bottles they maintain too much carbonation. Gotta be a draught. I've bought a few sixers of Guinness, and in a bottle, it really isn't nearly as good. ------------------ Reverend Rob IP: Logged |

I don't know if they're sold in the US, but in europe they sell cans of Guiness that have a some sort of gas-capsule inside it. When you pour it our it's remarkably like draught. Not quite the same, but a pretty good alternative.(Edit: Here's a link. Click on the can of Guiness to see an explanation of the gas-capsule widget) [This message has been edited by LaMFear (edited 11-15-2001).] IP: Logged |

Yah, they are just doing ads for the guinness draught in a can over here. And Chimay ROOLS! It's never failed to get me all looped after like 2 or 3 pints. It's made by the trappist monks who take a vow of silence. I can only assume this is necessary cuz they must be so WASTED all the time from their beer. IP: Logged |

For regular, standard draft beer, Asahi Super Dry is actually pretty goddamn good. It's also far and away JP's number one most popular beer.Other than that, my favorite is "Scotch and Ginger Ale" brand beer. IP: Logged |

Look, it's an old thread that isn't even on the first page. You have way too much time on your hands. Do you get a hard on because you can prove there's a similar but old thread? Quit power trippin, you don't have that many posts.

Look cum bubble, the last post on the old thread was dated 8-30. SORRY that I didn't do the anal research that your anal ass would normally do for a thread that was last replied to 3 fucking months ago. Damn you have way too much time you anal bastard. I usually don't dig on beer too much since I'm a Coke and Crown kinda guy, but I recently discovered Fat Tire and damn is that shit good. Killian's Red as well, although I discovered that sometime in my infancy. Blue Heron is shit. Guiness, from a can at least, tastes like parking-lot oil runoff cut with creek (or, as it's pronounced here, "crick") water. And how come no one has mentioned Schlitz? ------------------ Another thread killed by MightyMon. Marcel,Some topics here are just oldies but goodies. We love to talk about alcohol, personal horror stories, sex and Biggles' cat. Plus, we have new posters who have not enriched our lives yet with their unique perspectives on the above topics. What the hell. I just like talking about beer! It's good fun. -Bex IP: Logged |
