Nothing yet. Except for a care package from my dad that had goodies (like Chili Man chili) and, inexcplicably, a can of olives, which I don't like. Weis, do you like olives?

Well, no XBOX for me, but I did make out pretty well:

*****DVD-RAM
*****"SEEK!" by Rudy Rucker <--Fav. Gift(don't have that one yet)
*****GameCube w/ simpsons roadrage, star wars, and luigi. (yep, thats about all the games)
*****A really cool gaming mousepad
*****Super Dodge Ball for GBA
*****a big flying cow that hangs from the ceiling and spins in circles for my office
*****an electric scooter (I was a little worried about this one at first, but it actually is REALLY fast and doesn't look much like those little fold up ones, it will do good for getting me around work!)
*****a bunch of clothes... yay!
*****It's kind of a christmas gift, my wife is due anytime for our first baby.

I am feeling total pity for everybody that got things like fleece, flannel and long john...
Oh, don't get me wrong, I bet they were great gifts, but since live in Florida, I don't get things like that.

Oh, yeah, I've lived here for awhile now. It's 68 degrees... and I'm freezing. Two pairs of socks, sweatpants and shirt. BRR! Glad I am not up north or I'd be a corpse-sickle.

Fen- No, I hate olives - eod and Sara taunt me by threatening to put olives on my pizza when I'm not looking. So, I can't really explain that. Oh, and if I keep up my current pace, your gift from me will arrive when the cherry trees blossom (I'm assuming that's a long way off). And unfortunately, you won't find it immensely surprising, although you will hopefully like it. And it's not a set of sake glasses from the Narita airport.

I got some pretty cool stuff this year, so I guess I'll go along with the herd and do a list:

From Dad: Chilli Man chilli (This really confused eod... I opined that Dad probably got some chilli for Fen and then, as an afterthought, decided to get some for me too. On later interrogation this turned out to be correct), marijuana-related novelty coffee cup, lovingly Xeroxed copy of New Yorker annual cartoon issue

From Mom: "Naked" by David Sedaris, and some pulitzer prize-winning book whose name escapes me

From eod and Sara: probably the best gift of the year, a year's subscription to newsfeeds.com uunet service

From everyone else: a big empty gaping hole where the Monty Python DVD set should have been

From work: a $5 gift certificate for something called a "Bibo" - thanks boss! Hope I didn't endanger the funding for this year's million-dollar sales rally in Hawaii! Where's my stapler?

- tv shelf
- lots of boxers (family decided on a boxers theme this year, no idea why)
- kickass dragonball t-shirt
- lots of food (the good habanero stuff)
- chile pepper lights
- movie tickets
- fondu kit
- a hand job

All in all, I'd call that great loot.
