is anyone out there using it? What i've seen of it (not much, admittedly,) looks good. their selection isn't everything i would want, but they've got so much stuff that kicks ass (like almost every single scorn album and a ton of bill laswell,) that i'm seriously considering it.

I bought $50 of mp3s from them a few summers ago to get a 'free' NomadII. Other than that, no.

If you're a They Might Be Giants fan, they've got most (if not all) of their stuff on Emusic, including the MP3 only album that they did. I actually bought it... and have to say that it's pretty good.
