Or do we have to wait a few days before we continue with our "experiments"?

Geneva convention basically breaks down into three themes regarding treatment:
-Treatment related to handling (no torture, brutal interrogation, summary execution)
-Treatment related to living conditions (shelter, food, water, hygiene)
-Treatment related to legal representation and length of imprisonment. The US is only playing footsie related to the third issue. In an attempt to collect information that would prevent additional attacks, the US wants to interrogate these guys for info.

The Euro mouth-foamers were shouting "TORTURE", "INHUMANE TREATMENT", "THEY'RE SHACKLED", etc. Now that the clear truth is shown, the Euro-liberal-hand-wringing-human-wastes revert to Plan B, which is to whine about the classification.
The UN doesn't even recognize the Taliban as a government; so all these people that were taken to Cuba are not "soldiers", but criminals. As such they should be tried in international court and provided a lawyer. The "experiments" should be complete in a few more months.

I would assume that the "prisoners" are experiencing better conditions in Cuba rather than that god-forsaken shithole we call Afghanistan.

I wonder if any of those people remember what their Taliban friends did to the Soviets in the 80's? I highly doubt it. They did not adhere to one section of the Convention's rules. They ruthlessly tortured the Soviets, while we casually looked away.

What makes people think that if they captured an American soldier alive, they would not do the same to him?
