Well, you have to take into account that most of those are males aged 14-22 in sub-Saharan Africa. And in the spirit of MLK Day, do we really care about that until we see it on TV? (the answer's probably no) That 40,000 new per year is the US Stats, so we only have to give away 110 per day. Which is much more reasonable... then again, if people would simply settle down with one partner, they wouldn't have to be forced to be generous. That wasn't my argument (in fact, I mainly just wanted to post a link to the lesbians.mp3 file,) but go ahead and read the sentence again, genius. "the problem it is" is the relevant part. and yes, while i am aware that everyone, including lesbians can contract and transmit hiv/aids, the incidence of HIV/AIDS is much lower in lesbians than in other sexual groups (hetero, gay male, bisexual,) -- a fact that people seem to gloss over whenever they say that AIDS is a divine punishement for homosexuality.
