Dave Almighty lord of relevant links	posted 01-25-2002 18:37 un) I posted that RTFM link in the techie forum a week or two ago. deux) you can put whatever you want before the @ redirector, as long as the address after @ is valid. this is really only usefull if you want to fool people or if you want to browse an FTP via web broser* by making your browser goto ftp://username:password@ftp.sitename.tld NB that this is not the preferred method to browse through FTP sites. *this makes FTP admins unhappy because browsers open lots of connections without closing them. speaking of FTPs, who do I have to blow to get access to the PenIs FTP?
