please keep in mind that this is the same website that reported on the alarming trend of japanese mothers giving oral sex to their sons so that they can concentrate on their studies more.
i think this publication can be likened to the Weekly World News, which we've already discussed here.

That site is just translations of stories from japanese tabloids. I'm sure the publications it refers to are real, but the rest would be exaggerrated.
