get some mp3s today (there's a couple at http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/159/explosions_in_the_sky.html but you can find more and better stuff on morpheus.) they're post-rock, kinda godspeed you black emperor!-ish or mogwai-esque. they're touring and one of the bands they're touring with (...and you will knows by the trail of dead) is very intense.

check 'em both out if you can.
