Popehat and Social Media
This is a few months old at this point. But in case you were wondering why Popehat hasn't been on social media... well:

He ain't wrong... and people wish for the death of others frequently on that platform... but I guess I'm still surprised at his reaction to a short-term ban.
Its definitely too bad he gave up on Mastodon.
I'm shocked he got more whining there than on Bluesky, to be honest. Bluesky is better than Twixxer, but still pretty horrible.
[Note: I guess he is on Threads. But fuck threads].

The "Twitter" brand is (apparently) available again; since Musk abandoned it... Or it was... Made me wonder if someone would snap it up and make a new "Twitter".
